These terms govern your access to and use of the SOPHIA environmental auditing platform and related services. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
SOPHIA provides ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification preparedness audits, operational environmental audits, and compliance gap analyses for Nigerian industrial plants in accordance with NESREA standards. All deliverables are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal or regulatory approval. Clients retain full responsibility for meeting statutory obligations.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information regarding your facility’s operations, processes, and environmental documentation. You must grant reasonable access to site personnel, records, and areas under audit. Failure to disclose material facts may invalidate audit findings and limit our liability.
All audit reports, checklists, methodologies, templates, and content provided through this platform remain the intellectual property of SOPHIA. You may use deliverables solely for internal compliance and certification purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
SOPHIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use audit services, including but not limited to certification delays, regulatory penalties, or operational disruptions. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fee paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy all confidential materials received. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact info@sophiawalenkamp.com.
